The Beautiful Plains Branch of the Manitoba Genealogical Society was formed in 2004 to provide opportunities for those interested in family history to share experiences, assist one another and expand their research skills.

The branch covers the area of the Town of Neepawa, Rural Municipalities of Langford, Lansdowne, Rosedale, Glenella, Westbourne, Lakeview and those Towns & Villages within the RM’s. Membership in the branch is open to all those interested in researching family history.
